Angul, Bhubaneswar (ADN) : In a sig-nificant development at National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), Chief Gen-eral Manager (Human Resources) Ashutosh Rath has been promoted to the post of Executive Director (Human Re-sources). Prior to this promotion, he had been serving in the role with additional responsibil-ity as Executive Director. Rath has dem-onstrated notable exper-tise in areas such as tal-ent management, orga-nizational development, employee engagement, and policy formulation within the company. Under his leadership, NALCO has witnessed improvement in em-ployees’ performance and morale, while sev-eral strategic human re-source initiatives have<\/p>\n\n\n\n
