This landmark initiative underscores the state&#8217;s commitment to industrial decarbonization and creating a circular economy, aligning with the broader objectives of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Hon\u2019ble Deputy Chief Minister, Minister of Agriculture &amp; Farmers\u2019 Empowerment, Energy Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo with the members of CII and other stakeholders of Renewable Energy.<br>Hon&#8217;ble Deputy CM Shri Singh Deo said that the policy is set to drive significant investments in renewable energy (RE), with a focus on green hydrogen production, positioning Odisha as a hub for clean energy innovation. Odisha is focusing more on disaster-resilient infrastructure, distribution sector reforms, and investment in projects like floating solar and Pumped Storage Projects (PSP), integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).<br>The Confederation of Indian Industry, praised Odisha&#8217;s progressive leadership in renewable energy.
