Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signing ceremony was held in the august presence of Shri Vishal Kumar Dev, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Energy, Government of Odisha. Among others present on the occasion were Dr. Debidutta Tripathy, OFS, F.A-cum-Special Secretary, Shri Saidutta Biplab Keshari Pradhan, OAS(SAG), Additional Secretary, Energy Department &amp; Shri Sandeep Patnaik, Director (HR), Shri Sangram Keshari Das, SGM (Electrical), Shri P. M.
