The company has embedded menstrual health support across these work environments with over&nbsp;<strong>100 sanitary napkin vending machines<\/strong>&nbsp;deployed at key locations, ensuring ready access to menstrual products and enabling women professionals to perform their roles with comfort and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These efforts are reinforced by a robust framework of supportive people policies. The company\u2019s unique \u2018No Questions Asked\u2019 work-from-home policy enables women professionals to take&nbsp;one self-care day per month, with no explanations required.
