Addressing the officers, the Prime Minister noted that after two years of learning the working and administrative processes at the field level, they are now at a crucial juncture. Their decisions now will shape not only their careers but also the future of lakhs of citizens.&nbsp; The true test of public service begins with handling real-life situations with integrity, sensitivity and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prime Minister urged the young civil servants to dedicate themselves to nation-building with a strong sense of purpose, innovation and citizen-centric governance. He advised the officers to always remember the human impact behind every administrative file. Noting that every file represents the hopes, concerns and lives of countless citizens, he said. Emphasizing on the mantra of &#8220;Nagarik Devo Bhava&#8221;, he urged the officers to place the citizens at the heart of every decision and ensure that the administration remains sensitive, accountable and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlighting the need for a &#8216;Whole of Government&#8217; approach, the Prime Minister said that major development challenges cannot be addressed by different departments working in isolation. Better coordination between departments is essential to achieve meaningful and long-lasting results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emphasizing the vision of &#8216;Developed India 2047&#8217;, the Prime Minister said that in the coming decades, the purpose of every policy and administrative decision should be to contribute to building a developed India. He emphasized that India&#8217;s current priorities include &#8216;Atmanirbhar Bharat&#8217;, &#8216;Make in India&#8217;, increasing productivity, energy security and creating opportunities for the youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlighting the transformation in governance in the last decade, the Prime Minister noted that governance has transformed from a process-centric model to an outcome-centric approach. He mentioned the increasing role of digital governance, artificial intelligence and technology in improving service delivery and providing services to citizens with ease and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emphasizing the need for data-driven governance, the Prime Minister said that data should not be seen as just numbers, but as a reflection of the collective lives, challenges and aspirations of millions of people.&nbsp; He urged the officers to regularly evaluate whether the policies are effectively translating into results at the grassroots level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prime Minister highlighted the growing role of women in nation building. He noted that more than 40 per cent of the current batch of officers are women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prime Minister urged the young officers to continuously evaluate their contribution to nation building and to be satisfied not with their positions but with the measurable results achieved. He expressed confidence that their energy, talent and dedication will play a vital role in taking India&#8217;s development journey to new heights. Minister of State (Personnel) Shri Jitendra Singh, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister Shri P.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister-II Shri Shaktikanta Das, Cabinet Secretary Shri T.V.
