Bhubaneswar, January 26: (ADN)The 77th Republic Day of India was observed with solemn dignity and patriotic zeal at the UNNATI Bhawan premises, where Smt. Usha Padhee, Principal Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, unfurled the National Flag in the presence of senior officers and staff of the Department.
The occasion resonated with national pride as officers and employees gathered to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and reaffirm their commitment to the ideals of democracy, equality, and service to the nation.
Addressing the gathering, Smt. Padhee highlighted that every employee engaged in the task of nation-building enjoys equal rights and shoulders equal responsibilities. She exhorted all officers and staff to take a collective vow to carry forward the State’s mission with unwavering sincerity, transparency, and a strong sense of public duty.
The ceremony concluded on a note of renewed resolve to uphold constitutional values and contribute dedicatedly to the progress and development of the State and the nation.

୨୬ ଜାନୁୟାରୀ: (ଆ.ଦୁ.ନି) ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ‘ଉନ୍ନତି ଭବନ’ ପରିସରରେ ୭୭ତମ ସାଧାରଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗାରିମା ଓ ଦେଶପ୍ରେମର ସହ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଉଷା ପାଢ଼ୀ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ବିଭାଗର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପଦାଧିକାରୀ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।
ଭାରତୀୟ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ଗ୍ରହଣ ଏବଂ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର, ସମାନତା ଓ ଦେଶସେବା ପ୍ରତି ନିଜର ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତାକୁ ଦୋହରାଇ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏହି ଗର୍ବର ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।
ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ପାଢ଼ୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କର ସମାନ ଅଧିକାର ରହିଛି ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ସମାନ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ମଧ୍ୟ ନ୍ୟସ୍ତ। ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିକାଶମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷ୍ଠା, ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ଏବଂ ଜନସେବା ମନୋଭାବ ସହିତ ଆଗକୁ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧକୁ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତଥା ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଗତିରେ ନିଜକୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବାର ନୂତନ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ସହିତ ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବ ସମାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
