Angul, Bhubaneswar (ADN) : In a sig-nificant development at National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), Chief Gen-eral Manager (Human Resources) Ashutosh Rath has been promoted to the post of Executive Director (Human Re-sources). Prior to this promotion, he had been serving in the role with additional responsibil-ity as Executive Director. Rath has dem-onstrated notable exper-tise in areas such as tal-ent management, orga-nizational development, employee engagement, and policy formulation within the company. Under his leadership, NALCO has witnessed improvement in em-ployees’ performance and morale, while sev-eral strategic human re-source initiatives have
also been accelerated.Expressing optimism about the fu-ture, Rath stated that he would continue work-ing towards strengthen-ing the company’s hu-man resource depart-ment and maintaining a culture of high perfor-mance and progressive organizational growth. Similarly, a total of
nine senior officers have also been pro-moted to the post of Ex-ecutive Director. Those promoted include Satyabadi Mishra, Sachidananda Jena, Amarendra Mishra, Ravi Mani, Sandeep Darbari, Venkata Shubha Rao Amparayani, Vedula Surendra Sai Anand.
