Bengaluru17.8.2026 [ADN] : This year’s Independence Day celebrations at TGT in Bengaluru brought together a large number of residents from diverse backgrounds and across different age groups, making it a memorable occasion for the entire community.
The celebrations commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, led by senior members of the society, and set the tone for an evening filled with patriotism and enthusiasm. Members of the managing committee, including Anil Kumar Shrivastava, Hariom Agarwal, Kamalesh Kumarkeswani, Dr S K Malla, Dr.Raghunathan Potty, Nagendra Kumar Srivastava, N Yadav, Arun Gaule, Sunil Yariyar, Haladhar Dhir, Susanta Panda, Dharmendra Thakur, Lajpat Sajan, Goutam Chakravaty, Prasant Kumar, Bimal Daga, Sanjay Kumar and Manoj Ji Avaya Kapoor, Sabnam Balkrishnan, Sudeep Bhagrav, Sudhir Agarwal also participated in the celebrations.
The event featured a vibrant line-up of cultural performances by residents, including singing and dance presentations. A special highlight was the participation of children along with their parents, who performed to showcase the culture and traditions of different states across India.
