BHUBANESWAR 25 July 2026|[ADN] The School of Rural Management, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, successfully organized ‘Udhyam 5.0’ at XIM University campus today . The event brought together students, faculty members, industry leaders and professionals to discuss emerging trends in rural management, leadership, finance, consulting and social impact.
The programme commenced with the inaugural ceremony, followed by the lighting of the lamp. The event began with a Welcome Address by Prof. P. K. Mishra, Acting Dean, School of Rural Management, followed by Inaugral Addresses were delivered by Dr. Fr. K.S. Casimir S.J., Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Fr. S. Antony Raj, S.J., Registrar and Prof. Subhajyoti Ray, Pro-Vice Chancellor. The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Simran Kumari, RM-CAS Coordinator.

The speakers collectively emphasized leadership, innovation, sustainability, inclusion, rural development and career readiness, inspiring students to embrace lifelong learning, solve real-world problems and create meaningful social impact.They addressed the participants across two engaging sessions, followed by interactive Q&A discussions.
The event included felicitation of the speakers by Prof. S.S. Singh and Prof. Tinu Jain. ‘Udhyam 5.0’ concluded successfully providing students with valuable exposure to industry perspectives and strengthening academia industry engagement.
